Soup | Tropical Mango & Ginger Gazpacho

With jalapeno-honey drizzle and rosemary shortbread rounds.

Salad | Wild Mushroom Salad

Served on a bed of mixed greens, topped with an olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing, toasted walnuts, and goat cheese crumbles.

Fish | Caribbean Jerk Salmon with Spanish Rice

Marinated in Caribbean jerk seasoning and citrus juice - served with Spanish rice and a lime wedge.

Main | Pineapple Pork Stir Fry

Served in half a pineapple and sweet and tangy pineapple soy sauce.

Dessert | "Gunpowder" Chocolate Lava Cakes

Dark chocolate and cayenne pepper lava cakes served à la mode.
