You are the host - we'll do the busy work.
We are a full-service event planning company that specializes in creating unique and memorable experiences for our clients. If you are looking to host an event with Appetite For Adventure, we ask that you schedule a consultation with us to discuss the details of your event. Once we've received your $100 deposit, we start by designing and printing customized invitations that you can send out to your guests! Included in the invitation is a QR code for new D&D players to scan that includes an introduction to D&D, so they can arrive to the event ready to play! Then, we will work with you to curate every aspect of your event. Our menus can be tailored to you and your guests dietary preferences/restrictions and our adventures can fit any group of players.
On the day of your event, we will arrive several hours beforehand to begin food preparation and decoration of the space. In addition to the food/cocktail mixers, we will provide all the necessary cookware, dishware, cutlery, dinner table décor, sound system, and game supplies. Once everything is prepared and the attendees have gathered, the event begins! We handle everything during the event - from serving to cocktail service, we are at your beck and call.
After the game has finished and your guests are sated, we will handle the cleanup - so you can bask in the glory of being an awesome host.
